Founded in 2006, in the city of Guadalajara, Jalisco, VERSA aimed to place on the market innovative and avant-garde/cutting-edge/state-of-the-art styled chairs and seating, produced with top design and quality.
Subsequently, the company Versa Concept LLC was founded in 2017 in the United States to offer all its trend setting furniture collections.

NDI Office Furniture was founded in 1980 and started with one location Nashville, TN. It was during those early years NDI became known as one of the premier independent distributors in the office furniture industry. Rogers Morrison Jr. retired in early 2013 and the company is now owned by Jimmy Green.
NDI has continued to grow and change over the years with expanded reach that now covers most of 10 states in the Southeast. We have 3 distribution centers: Ocala, FL; Birmingham, AL; and Dallas, TX. Our corporate office and Southeastern customer service center are in Nashville, TN. Our Southwestern customer service center is located in Dallas, TX.
