SITTING TIPS

If you work in an office, you probably spend a lot of time in your chair. Here are some tips on how to help your body thrive while sitting:

1) Let the ergonomic features of your chair support you.

2) Keep your shoulders straight and your elbows bent a bit.

3) Keep your feet on the ground, knees bent about 90 degrees.

4) Be aware of the your position – don’t slouch.
